Shor Project Mangers are specialists in time management and construction programming. Expertise include bar-chart preparation and monitoring, as well as the adjudication of time related claims. The skills of highly experienced construction programmers add value to our clients. Programmers have tens of years of experience working with South Africa’s largest contractors.

Our Team
Gavin Shor completed his BSc Bldg at Wits University in 1994. On completion of his studies, Gavin embarked on a career in Construction Project Management. Gavin has over 20 years experience in development and project management with South Africa’s largest consultancies, property developers as well as managing his own development and project management company. Gavin Shor completed his MBA at Wits Business School in 2000 and is registered with the SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Project Manager (PrCPM).
Karen Shor was awarded a Bursary from Grinaker LTA to study for a BSc Cilvil Engineering at Wits University. Karen has approximately nine years experience in construction, consulting engineering and project management.
